Winnie the Pooh

A very last minute favor for a friend led to this beehive themed Winne the Pooh cake.  The beehive served as the centerpiece with a small Pooh Bear on the side.  I also made a sugar-free non-iced version for the smaller children. 

4th of July Goodness

Why stop at cupcakes?  How about including chocolate covered marshmallows, sugar cookies, chocolate covered pretzels and licorice?  All together adds up to one table of goodness!

Beach Theme

A beach themed display that included mostly vegan treats.  Vegan brownies, peanut butter blossoms, Reece's and vanilla cupcakes.  The only non-vegan cookies are the sugar cookies.

High Fashion

What little girl does not love playing with Barbies and dressing up in her mom's high heels? 

Sports Themed

The dilemma - creating a cake for a father and son that share the same birthday.  The solution - a sports themed cake that is perfect for a 4 year old and a 35 year old.

A golf themed cake for my father-in-law's 65th birthday.  A fondant covered golf ball as the centerpiece and mini white chocolate golf balls help to create that country club feel.

I Heart NY!

When a good friend accepted a job offer in New York, we decided to throw her a New York themed party and of course we needed a New York themed cake.  I tried to incorporate things that you think of when you hear New York and topped it off with shopping bags full of cookies. 

Giraffe Themed 1st Birthday

Decorating for a little girl's 1st birthday, I decided to go with bright colors and a fun giraffe theme.  I even made a sugar free cake with cream cheese icing for her smash cake.

Basket Goodies

2012 became the year I started not only doing cupcake displays, but also creating baskets of treats to take with me. This is a great way to transport goodies and also a great way to display them.  Always a hit!

Monkey Themed 1st Birthday

Here is my first foray into making what I like to call "fancy cakes."  This is for my best friend's little boy's 1st Birthday.  We decided to go with a monkey theme.
